Opportunity: Empower team members to deliver more powerful presentations from regular project updates to high stakes budget requests, because, at the end of the day, most if not all held the goal of achieving decisions and moving toward impact.
Solution: I developed, first, an informal Lunch and Learn hour-long session to share my own storytelling approach. Due to it’s popularity, it became an ongoing internal “course” offering. This image offers a snapshot of some of the slides.
