Solution: Approaches vary from in person to remote, both interactive and more presentation-based.
Mapping the Continuum Workshop: This workshop sought to tie a team of product managers and business analysts together by underscoring how their systems/tools relate or at times hand off to each other, as well as, how their systems/tools touch our end users across the various stages of their growth and experience with our organization.
