Opportunity: Our technology solutions had historically disparate approaches to experience and design that did not communicate a consistent brand and feel.

Solution: Encourage and facilitate communication between varied project User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) professionals. Strive for common UX patterns and UI libraries in order to promote consistent look and feel while leaving plenty of room and enthusiasm for innovative approaches to new design challenges. And above all, be user-centric.
