Opportunity: My client pivoted their business and application. They required a user experience overhaul to match the new value proposition, as well as, a modernized look. The evolution of the user experience and journey through the application had to be thoughtful, reflecting the shifting solution focus, without pulling the rug out from existing customers.

Solution: Information architecture overhaul of user experience, including funnel of prioritization/engagement, navigation, fresher look. Solution had to take into account novice to experienced customers.

Details: Utilized an intensive one-week participatory design process to prioritize goals, bubble up solutions to design problems, create a roadmap, and rapid design iteration and flat prototyping to get feedback from real people.
