Opportunity: Both featured websites had primary goals to communicate information to their audience(s). They required a cleaner, simpler look and feel, modernization, and more intentional and intuitive ways to be a vehicle for communication.

Solution: Information architecture overhaul of navigation, fresher look, and strategic choices such as pulling a post feed onto the homepage of the school site rather than static information about the school. In the case of PHIMC, updated branding was also recommended and implemented. Both are responsive.

Details: Met with 3 parent leads to agree to the primary goals of the site, discuss main reason for visits and information being sought, and set to work doing the full makeover in a 5 hour work-block, including the new fresh look, overhauling navigation, and site content cleanup and massaging. Moved from a website organized by how the Parent Club had self-organized by committee to one which made logical organized the information.
